Tax of stay

All the quotations do not include the tax of stay of € 2,50 per day per person (at least 14 years old), applied up to a max of 7 consecutive nights.

Deposit

To confirm the reservation it is necessary to send the deposit. The balance will be paid at the hotel during the stay.
In case of cacellation the deposit will be considered as a discount voucher for the further booking valid until September of the next year.
For upcoming cancellations (from 1 to 10 days from arrival) the deposit will be keep as compensation.

What time do we eat?

The time for breakfast is from 7.30 to 9:30.
For meals the restaurant will be open for lunch from 12:00 to 14:00 and for dinner from 19:00 to 21:00.

Is there a kitchen for children?

There is a possibility to make baby food with fresh vegetable soup and puree every day.
If there are special needs (sizes of pasta, flours, baby food), you can deliver everything necessary for aby food on your arrival, explain us how to prepare it and we will do the rest.
Regarding meals time for little babies, let us know your need and we try to satisfy it. Every day for lunch and dinner we offer the ideal dishes for children.

Is there a playground for children?

Yes, there is a playground at the hotel where children can play in safety next to Mom and Dad.

At what time can you check in and check out?

The rooms will be delivered by 13:00 on the arrival day and will be vacated by 10:00 on the day of departure.
You can arrive at the hotel at any time. If the room will be not available (ready by 13:00), we will greet you with a delicious coffee. If you want, you can put on swimwear and begin you holidays.
After returning from the beach we deliver you the room and accompany you to the table.

Are pets accepted?

Your great four-legged friend of small or medium size (max 35 kg) is welcome with a small supplement. It is not allowed to enter the dining room and the swimming pool, while in the common areas it must be kept on a leash or in your arms.Your 4-legged friend can access the beach, but he is not allowed to swim. Insurance and vaccination booklet are obligatory.

Is the swimming pool always open?

Access to the hotel swimming pool is by reservation. The use of a hair cap is not required, but only a shower before diving, especially when returning from the beach.
Animals are not allowed. There are opening and closing times (9.30-12.00 in the morning and 15.30-18.30 in the afternoon) which must be respected for safety and cleanliness reasons. It will not be allowed to remain on the sun beds after this time. It is not allowed to reserve the sunbed leaving your own beach towel.

How can I reach the parks with free entrance?

The entrance to the Skaramacai park is free for all the family during all stay for those who choose All Inclusive. The park is easily reachable on foot on the seafront of Bellariva di Rimini or by bus
n.11.
The entrance to Beach Village of Riccione is free for all the family during all stay for those who choose All Inclusive. The park is about 3 km from the hotel and is reachable by bus n.11

Can I connect to the Internet?

WI FI is free and available in the whole hotel.

Are there any towels? Do i have to bring a beach towel and a bathrobe?

Towels in the room are changed as needed upon request for an environmentally conscious choice of less water waste.
Beach towels are free in the Comfort and Super All-Inclusive formula, otherwise they must be requested (supplement € 3 per day).

Which are the partner beaches?

Our partner beaches are Bagno 110 Emilio and Bagno 106B Coco Beach which are just a few meters from the hotel.

Parking

Parking is included in the price in the All-Inclusive formula. We have parking spaces in a parking lot 300 meters away or in a fenced, video-monitored, guarded and insured parking area accessible by free 24h shuttle bus.

Can I go in and out of the hotel whenever I want?

The hotel is open 24 hours a day with nightwatchman.

How to reach the hotel?

From Rimini railway station: bus n. 11 stop 26 just 50 meters from the hotel. To get to the Christian Hotel, just take via Nervi.
By the car: Rimini Sud motorway exit, keeping to the right, follow the road straight ahead following the signs for Ancona. Arrived at the roundabout, follow signs for Rivazzurra mare, continue to the seafront, at the traffic light turn left towards Bagno 110 and turn into via Lecce. You can stop next to the hotel, unload your luggage and take your car to our parking lot

How can I pay?

At the time of booking a deposit will be required by bank transfer. The balance will be paid directly to the hotel in the days before departure in cash, by credit card or debit card (no American Express).
